History Teacher

History Teacher Job Description：

1. Observe the rules and regulations of the school and accomplish the high-school history courses education jobs with high standard, quality, efficiency;

2. Integrate the teaching resources and be able to independently prepare courseware as well as do the curriculum setting;

3. Reasonably arrange the teaching contents and enrich the teaching materials as per students’ actual study conditions;

4. Adjust the teaching method and approaches as according to the course conditions; improve the students’ study grades and enrich their historical and cultural knowledge;

5. Communicate with students, their parents and school leaders promptly concerning their study and lives;

6. Do a good job in the preparations of the mid-term and final-term examinations, marking as well as grades record for students;

7. Handle other works as arranged by the school leaders and department heads.

Qualification：

1. Love teachers’ cause and is skillful in history subject teaching;

2. Excellent in presentation competences; standard and fluent mandarin; rich in affinity and responsibility;

3. With an education background of full-time undergraduate degree or above; those graduated from normal specialties are preferred;

4. Bearing a high-School history teacher qualification certificate;

5. Teachers with front-line experience are preferred; be familiar with high-school students’ live and study features; be good at communicating with students in a favorable way;

6. Have strong language competence with flexible thinking mode; rich in affinity to the students; equipped with benign team-work spirit and be able to promote other teachers’ work in a mutual way; full of patience and show love and affection to the students; respect the position and dedicate to the work; responsible and devoted to the position.
