In April 2015, Wang Xinyi and hersister Wang Xinyue, students of our school, received offers from The Juilliard Schooland Bard College at the same time. The former is world’s top conservatorycollege, and the latter is a comprehensive university with nearly a hundred-year-historywhere students can choose 2 specialties as they wish.    

As we expected, the twins chose BardCollege in May, 2015. The most appealing factor of Bard for the twins is thatthey can choose another specialty besides music and after they graduate, thepath for success promises wider for them. They can not only become shiningmusicians on stage, but also have opportunities to pick up another professionfor each based on their personalities and preferences.

That coincides our school’s teachingphilosophy. We hope our students have all-rounded development, instead of beingmusicians who merely bloom in musical festivals. We develop students’ abilitiesin international communication and help them achieve a balanced progressbetween music and study. We prepare our students the repertoire for sociallife, and improve their musicianship and artistic aesthetics. Music can becometheir life-long friend, while at the same time, they are able to enjoy adiversified career options and planning.
