English Teacher Job Description：

1. Help students to make breakthroughs in the aspects of vocabulary, speaking, reading and writing; enhance students’ overall English proficiency;

2. Schedule appropriate teaching plans based on the students’ actual conditions and instruct study skills for the students; help them cultivate good study habits and make after-class follow up to consolidate their knowledge;

3. Focus on the rapid upgrade of performance for students; give personalized and individualized teaching for students; quickly motivate the study interest of the students and train study skills for them;

4. Identify any bottlenecks and obstacles that prevent the students from making progresses in their English performances; arouse their interest in English study;

5. By hard training, make the English one of the advantageous subjects to help students to enter a higher school;

6. Care for the health growth for students both mentally and physically; help them to establish active study attitudes and good study habits; receive the feedback from students and their parents promptly; continuously improve the teaching service quality;

7. Do a good job in the preparations of the mid-term and final-term examinations, marking as well as grades record for students;

8. Handle other works as arranged by the school leaders and department heads.

Qualification：

1. Have great love toward education and is seeking long-term development in education;

2. English levels reach CET-4 or TEM-4 or above; with standard pronunciation and fluency in speaking English; equipped with solid grammar knowledge;

3. Have own opinions towards the high-school English teaching, such as vocabulary, grammar, reading and other training; with strong flexibility;

4. With good image and temperament and strong affinity to students;

5. With an education background of full-time undergraduate degree or above; graduated from related majors;

6. Bearing a high-School Chinese teacher qualification certificate;

7. Those who have overseas study experience and ever engaged in teaching practices are preferred.
