Chinese Teacher Job Description：

1. Give personalized course teaching to students basedon their individual conditions;

2. Schedule teaching programs and prepare lessons forstudents in accordance with their learning situations and educationalobjectives;

3. Conduct teaching researches and probes on theadvanced teaching methods and approaches;

4. Teach study methods and learning skills forstudents;

5. Appropriately organize testings to inspect thestudents’ performance during the course of the teaching;

6. Timely communicate with the parents of students and convincethem with due diligence and professional consultancy;

7. Constantly pay attention to the students’psychological and learning changes and report to the school leadership timely;understand the students’ study and living conditions;

8. Do a good job in the preparations of the mid-termand final-term examinations, marking as well as grades record for students;

9. Handle other works as arranged by the school leadersand department heads.

Qualification：

1. With an education background of full-time undergraduate degree or above; graduated from related majors;

2. Preference to those graduated from unified recruitment system of normal specialties;

3. Bearing a high-School Chinese teacher qualification certificate;

4. Have deep understanding of the curriculum and be adept at teaching the subject;

5. Enjoy the teaching work; teachers with front-line experience are preferred; be familiar with high-school students’ live and study features; be good at communicating with students in a favorable way;

6.
