Li Shoushui， who has many years of experience in managing educating affairs. He was successively in the positions of battalion chief at the logistics base of the Peoples’ Armed Forces, political instructor (secretary of the party committee) to be responsible for the management, educating logistics affairs of the troop. Currently he is responsible for CCPS’ office of general affairs.
