Liu Liu, Doctor Piano

As a Chinese-American pianist andan educator, doctor Liu graduated from the notable Eastman School of Music. Shehas consecutively acquired her PhD degree in piano playing, double masterdegrees in piano and musical education, bachelor degree in piano performing aswell as CFS art management certificate. In 2012, Doctor Liu was invited back toChina for career development and is incumbent associate professor in the musicdepartment of the academy of arts in Renmin University of China. She has wonvarious prizes in many large music competitions from home and abroad and herpresence of performing are seen around the globe, which includes CarnegieRecital Hall, Lincoln Center, National Center for the Performing Arts, BeijingConcert Hall, etc. In 2014, her latest CD recording Echoes of Timeissued by the China Record Corporation has won wide favorable reputations fromthe peer group.
