Dai Zhong Hui Director of The Academic Board

A renowned violinist, conductor and adjudicator for global competitions. Incumbent vice president of China Society of Music Association, executive of the International Trumpet Association, chairman of China Federation of Trumpet, professor of the expert class for Philadelphia Brass Band and Michigan GVSU expert class, and also he is the professor of CCOM. Since 1990s, Dai has been very active in the global and domestic stages and has held multiple solo concerts. Frequently been invited and interviewed by a world-famous wind music magazine PIPERS and other media. He has also published many academic papers with attainment in influential musical publications from home and abroad, among which the most noted magazine is BRASS BULLETIN;has recorded many personal albums. Acted as the jury for the International Trumpet Associations Recitals Competitions from 2005 to 2008; invited to adjudicate for the wind band competitions in Thailand respectively in 2007 and 2012; invited to serve as the judge for international trumpet contests in Juju island in 2008 and the 27th International Trumpet Competitions in Hungary as well as the jury for the National Golden Bell Awards in 2009; judge for the Japan Tokyo International Trumpet Competition in August 2010. He published the solo album and trumpet teaching recording album of Music and Technique as well as Rhythm and Melody issued by the China Record Corporation in March 2011. Jury of the national Golden Bell Award from 2012 to 2015.
