Lai Jiajing | Choir Teacher

Lai Jiajing, a young conductor, was thewinner of the first "Li Delun Command Competition" by the Ministry ofculture, the winner of the National Scholarship and the winner of the FuChengxian Memorial Scholarship. He studied piano since childhood. She graduatedwith a piano major at Xinghai Conservatory of Music with the attached middleschool and then the command department of Central Conservatory of Music. In2018, she received her master's degree in music from the CincinnatiConservatory of Music. She has successively studied from conductor Chen Lin andconductor Mark Gibson, also with conductor and pianist P.V. Dobrovolsky.

Lai Jiajing was the rehearsal conductor and piano accompaniment ofthe Chinese National Symphony Orchestra junior and women's Choir founded in2010 by Professor Yang Hong Nian. She won the "best accompanimentAward" in the Ninth International Choral Competition of Russia's "YFrank- the Singing World". Since 2012, she has acted as a chorus conductorat the Central Opera House and has completed many functions of operas andoratories. In 2013, she was invited to participate in the "master of thesea “Haitink class" at theLuzern Music Festival in Switzerland and held the music orchestra of Luzern string orchestra. In 2014, sheworked with the famous conductor Terje Mikkelsen and served as the assistantdirector and piano art guide of the opera "NORA", produced by theNorway Ibsen International Center and the Norway Arctic Opera Center. In 2015,she conducted the Romantic Opera Verdi "The Lady of the Camellias " by the Central Opera House; in the same year, she wasinvited to Ravenna, Italy to participatethe "Ricardo Muti" Italyopera college, and to learn Verdi opera "Verdi Falstaff " with master Muti, and to act as a chorusin the historical opera "Yongle" of the composer Ye Xiaogang. Incollaboration with the Taiwan creation song troupe, she performed Mozartopera"Opera Buffa " in Kaohsiung. In 2016, she was the first conductor ofthe National Opera House's original children's Opera “Affandi”. In 2017, sheserved as the director of the Strauss opera "The Rose Knight" in theNational Grand Theater, and she also served as an assistant vocal guide for theopera singer of the National Grand Theatre in the opera "The Artist's Career"in the Puccini opera.  In the summer ofthe same year, she was invited to Switzerland to attend the Menuhin's Music Festivaland joined the concert of the Orchestra Music Festival Orchestra.

In recent years, Lai Jiajing has been favored and guided by manymasters of command, including Lorin Mazzel, Benard Haitink, Jaap Van Zweden,Mike tyre Thomas (M.T.T.). Since 2013, she has been playing with the piano artguidance for the national banquet and the new spring festival and for PresidentXi Jinping and other heads of states and foreign heads of states. At thebeginning of 2018, Lai Jiajing directed the Cincinnati Conservatory of music toperform the Puccini opera “GianniSchicchi”.

In the summer of 2018, she began teaching in Central ConservatoryPreparatory School.
